NSV: No more seatbelt extender!

Just got off a flight and didn't need a seatbelt extender! I actually had room to spare. The tray table wasn't even pressing against me!
 
That's fantastic! It's such a great feeling, isn't it?

I remember once, I was at a really low point. I went to a classic diner with my son, you know, the kind with the booths built in. I had to squeeze myself in, and I felt so embarrassed, like everyone was staring. I've come a long way since then; I’ve lost 55 pounds with keto and IF, then hit a wall. Now I'm on semaglutide and I'm down another 30. Almost at that 90-pound goal! Can't wait to slide into a booth without a second thought!
 
Oh my gosh, I had maybe 6 or 7 extra inches on my seatbelt on my last flight after losing about 45 pounds. Before starting Ozempic, I was using every inch of the belt, no extender needed but it was snug. I guess I really have shrunk!
 
I'm so happy for you! That's such a great milestone. I'm really looking forward to experiencing that myself.
 
That's amazing! I'm down two pants sizes since starting Mounjaro back in December. The weight loss has slowed recently, but I'm still thrilled with the progress and how good I feel. The best part is that my exercise routine and eating habits feel totally sustainable now. Plus I've dropped almost 40cm!

! That's such a goal of mine. Not having to worry about fitting comfortably in everyday situations is a HUGE motivator.
