NSV: Seatbelts and Armrests!

Before dropping 50, I was maxing out the belt. It's such a relief not to worry about squeezing into seats anymore!

I flew last week and didn't need an extender for the first time in ages. Plus, I wasn't encroaching on anyone's space! Best feeling ever!

I always needed an extender. Flew to Vegas 2 weeks ago and had a couple inches to spare without one.

Congrats! I flew this week for the first time since I started my meds last year. I usually get a window, and it's always tight. This time, I felt so much smaller and comfortable. I'm down from 247 to 170. This was a big win!

I had a similar experience recently! Went to a pumpkin patch and was dreading photos. I've always hated seeing myself in pics, but I actually liked the ones my friend took. It was a shock!

I know that feeling! I used to run the other way when cameras came out. Seeing the difference is a huge NSV!

I'm down from almost 200 to 153. Maintaining now as I ease off the meds. Ran into an old friend playing pickleball and he didnt even recognize me! Said I looked like a different person. Makes it all worth it!
