Off GLP-1 since April - Maintaining okay!

I decided that a bit more weight would look better on me, so I intentionally gained some back LOL. I've got some minor loose skin but I'm still happy I lost as much as I did and haven't gained it all back. I hit the gym about every weekday and try to eat healthy for the most part, but I do have cheat meals sometimes. Super grateful I'm maintaining. I did stop the meds abruptly and had a rough time ending up in the hospital, but I'm doing much better now! Keep at it everyone!

Hi everyone! Just a reminder that we don't allow discussion of non-FDA approved versions here, or any buying/selling. Please be careful with DMs offering these things, they aren't endorsed here.

New to GLP-1s? Check the FAQ. This is just extra info!

Maintaining your weight after discontinuing GLP-1 treatment since April is truly encouraging. Would you mind if I shared your story on the community? We're compiling before & after photos and maintenance experiences in one convenient place. Alternatively, you're welcome to post it there yourself to further inspire the community!

You look great! Slightly unrelated, but do you mind sharing where you got those cargo pants? I really like them!

What does your workout schedule look like? I'm trying to find something that helps me stay on track.

I typically do a mix of cardio and strength training. I'll do like 30-40 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical, then focus on different muscle groups each day. Monday is usually legs, Tuesday is arms, Wednesday is core, Thursday is back, and Friday is a full-body workout. I am no doctor and it took finding a good exercise that fit my daily routine. Listen to your body!

I've been XXL for ages and last year those were snug even then. Grabbed an XL from 32 Degrees on sale and it fit. Knowing my build I probably won't hit large, but a comfortable XL is the goal. Thanks to this medication.
