Guys, I did it! I finally smashed a HUGE goal I've had for, like, forever. Seriously didn't think it was possible. Soooo happy! 🤩

Down 91 pounds total, and 65 of that since I started getting help back in January '25. Big shoutout to my amazing mom for making this happen. 💕

And thanks to my dad for being such an inspiration, watching him change his life has been amazing. He's lost over 200 lbs! 💪🏻

Love my hubby who's been there for me through thick and thin (pun intended!). Thanks for always being my biggest fan. 😘

Feeling so lucky to be a healthier me for my kids. ❤️💛💚🩷

Hey the community fam!

Just a quick reminder about the rules. No discussing or selling unapproved stuff, and definitely no shady DMs. This forum doesn't endorse any of that.

And if you're new, check out the FAQ. Just trying to keep things helpful!

Seriously amazing achievement! 👏 Would it be alright if I shared this on the community? We're trying to get a good collection of before/after journeys there. You're welcome to post it yourself if you'd prefer.

I'm super proud you decided to do this. The long-term health benefits will be the best gift for your children. Think of all the stuff you can now do together now that you're not carrying that extra weight around.

Hitting Onederland is a milestone that just *hits different*, you know? My doctor celebrates that one like it's a graduation, lol.

Hey, if anyone is struggling to figure out what to eat, I can share some tips. I have had T2D (63F) and am now on Mounjaro. I started at 215, down to 155, want to get to 145-ish. I am on 7.5mg and one year in!

That's amazing! Do you have a typical day of eating you could share? I'm a similar age and just starting out, trying to find my way.
