Old clothes, new me!

I tried on a bunch of tops and they were all too big, so I decided to declutter my closet and donate stuff that doesn't fit anymore. The 'before' pic is me at 29, weighing around 385. The 'now' is me at 31, down to 290! I've lost 65 pounds since last spring thanks to Mounjaro, and my diabetes is now controlled. It's a total mental transformation. I finally have a healthy relationship with food and exercise. Looking back, I see how unhappy I was a couple of years ago, using food for comfort, which only made things worse. Such a terrible cycle. I'm so glad to be breaking free and building a better relationship with food and myself!

Congrats on your efforts and success! It's awful how weight issues can trap you. It really feels like a fresh start. I'm older than you, 60 years, but I feel much better mentally, physically and emotionally too. Keep up the awesome work!

You looked amazing then, and even better now! Congrats! I have a random question: what kind of bra do you wear with a dress like that? I'd need some serious support! I see so many cute dresses like that, and I'd love to wear one!

Amazing job! That's fantastic! I'm cleaning out my closet today, too. I usually do it every season, but this time I'm getting rid of clothes I won't kid myself about fitting into next summer. I always worry about gaining the weight back, but not this time!

You look incredible, and that dress is super cute! It's definitely too big now, but still adorable :) Congrats on your health progress!!

I'm also in the middle of a HUGE closet purge because my 2XL and 3XL sizes are now way too big!! Congrats on making change! Keep it up! Mounjaro has been a true game-changer for me! ❤️

Progress is progress, no matter the speed. I saw someone else mention they only lost 12 pounds over three months, but they could really see it in their face. Steady progress is still progress!
