OMG! Clothes are actually fitting!

I had to share this! Went to a department store today because I've noticed my pants are getting too loose. I was hoping they'd have a top I liked in size L, since I used to wear XL. No luck finding it in L, so I just grabbed a M, not expecting much. And guess what?! It actually fit!! You know I bought more colors, lol. Then a different brand, also in M, and it fit too! I almost cried right there in the store... happy tears, of course! I started the meds around mid-December at 231 lbs, and weighed in at 185 today.

That's awesome! Funny enough, I had a similar experience just yesterday! Needed something for my kid's graduation. Grabbed XL and L, thinking maybe the L would fit. XL? Way too big. L still too big. Ended up buying a dress... in a medium! I was stunned. Congrats on the weight loss!

Great job, you look fantastic. I've only gone from a 3X to a 2X so far, but I'm getting there! Even that felt great when I tried on a new top.

I've been working from my house for the past half year and was at my heaviest. I had a meeting at work that I had to go to and I tried to wear some shorts that were stretched. I tried to fit into my 36" pants and the button was far away! I went to a store and got some stretch jeans. That's when I talked to the doc about meds. Now, after a couple months, I can fit into all my clothes except for the skinnier ones from way back when. The 36" pants are loose now! I love not having tight clothes.

I love hearing these stories! It's not just about the numbers on the scale, but how you FEEL. Keep up the great work!

I saw someone else mention they started around 330lbs and are now down to 248! That is so inspiring! It's possible, people!
Slow and steady weight loss is key. Be sure to stay hydrated and get enough protein. Protein shakes are your friend!
