Just wanted to share some good news. I hit 180lbs today! I think I made my first post here around October, when I was around 220, after starting on compounded tirzepatide.

I'm so happy to say I've lost 60lbs. My goal is 140, but wow, I feel amazing. The combo of reta and tirz has been incredible for me, I'm never going back. Thanks to everyone in this community, I never would have tried it without finding this forum. <3

That's amazing! Congratulations! It sounds like a real achievement. Could you share when you started stacking those meds and what your current dosages are? I'm really excited for you and looking forward to starting my own journey!

Awesome! I also just passed the 60lb mark, it's wild. I'm at what I thought was my goal weight, but now I'm thinking of trying to drop another 10. It's addicting!

Thank you everyone! Not a problem at all. I am so happy. Focusing on healthier foods, being able to exercise (I could lift my leg up to my chest without my stomach getting in the way for the first time in years!) and the support from friends and family has helped so much.

I started stacking around late October of '25. Before that, I was using compounded stuff occasionally since summer '24. I got up to 12mg on compounded tirz, tried some wegovy, all that. I haven't looked back since and won't. Currently, I'm taking 10-12mg (depending on my cycle) of tirz once per week, and 5mg of reta once a week. I'm losing about a pound or two a week. I'm thinking of increasing the reta to a higher dose, but I'll do it gradually. My appetite is slowly coming back (still losing, though), so that's why I'm upping it a bit.

I understand the anxiety. When I first started, I would have been so excited for this haha.. But now I'm never looking back. Good luck! :)

What's your activity level like with these doses? Do you go to the gym regularly, are you mostly sedentary and just watching calories, or somewhere in between?

I try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week. I do about 30 minutes of cardio (usually the elliptical) and then some light weight training. I also try to walk as much as possible during the day. I work from home so it can be easy to just sit around all day, but I make an effort to get up and move around every hour or so. I also track my calories pretty closely using an app. I aim for around 1500-1700 calories per day, with a good balance of protein, carbs, and fat.

Hey @Sassy_Good, I totally get the anxiety about the first injection. I was a nervous wreck! But trust me, it's not nearly as bad as you think. Just follow the instructions carefully, and you'll be fine. And congrats on taking the plunge!

Thinking I'll just pin everything in my glutes. Already do GHK-cu there with a half-inch needle—barely a reaction. Lower belly some days feels absolutely wrecked. Lumps from Tesa, MOTS-c, sometimes Tirz. Needs a vacation.

60 lbs to 180 from October is the pace that puts you in the first two deciles of outcomes in the clinical trial data - most people who reach this point at this speed end up at goal before they hit the 18-month mark.
