OMG! I can *almost* fit in a normal towel!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The towel wrapping is the kind of non-scale victory that the number on the scale could never capture - these are the markers that make the trajectory feel real in a way the morning weigh-in doesn't.

Had serious back pain from my job—only four hours of work and I'd be limping out like I was 80. Started PT last year with exercises my doctor said I'd need forever or it'd come back. Helped a ton but I got lazy and stopped. Lost the weight anyway, and now even four months off the exercises, the pain is gone.

The towel moment is one of those undeniable milestones - you can't argue with it. From 300 down is profound. Congratulations.

That's incredible!! My own progress didn't really feel obvious to me until pretty recently either. People mention that paper towel effect, and honestly I'm crossing fingers the back half of this year feels a lot more noticeable for both of us.

Ooh, know exactly that feeling. Towel only ever covered the front and sides for me. Five weeks into this now, and the other day grabbed a top in a hurry, brand new and fitted, expecting it to cling, and instead it actually had room in it. Didn't hug my body one bit. First real moment realizing this is genuinely working. Don't even keep a scale in the house, my spouse banned them years back given how unhealthy my relationship with that number used to get, so I won't step on one until my next checkup. But. Getting myself a scale soon regardless, ha.
