OMG, I feel reborn!

Feeling so grateful and healthy these days. A little over a year ago (first pic) I got my ADHD diagnosis which was a game changer. Started the injections last fall and I'm feeling amazing! Second shot was Oct/Jan timeframe. Final shot is from today.

Thanks for all the love everyone! 2017 was tough. Lost my baby, my fiancé left me for someone else while he was deployed, got fired from my pharmacy tech job on Pharmacy Tech Day of all days, had to change careers, and was attacked at the start of the pandemic and almost lost hope. Getting diagnosed with ADHD really changed things. If anyone feels like they can't talk to family or friends, I'm here. I understand feeling like you have nowhere to go and don't want to let your family down.

Holy smokes, how is that even the same person??

Incredible transformation.

Congrats!

It's a marathon, not a sprint, so take it easy on yourself along the way.

Wow HealthAF, that's an incredible story and transformation. It's so inspiring to see people taking control of their health. I'm curious, have you noticed any changes in your energy levels with the medication?

Thanks Scale_Girl722! TBH, my energy levels have been a little up and down. Some days I feel unstoppable, other days I'm dragging. I'm still figuring out the best way to incorporate exercise. It's tough when you're just starting the shots and feeling a bit sluggish at times.

Hey HealthAF, I know what you mean about energy levels. I've been on this journey for a while, and I found that light exercise, like walking, really helps. Don't push yourself too hard at first. Listen to your body!

How much weight did you lose?

It's great to see visible progress, but remember that these meds aren't just about weight loss. They have incredible health benefits, especially for people with certain conditions. Focus on overall well being!
