OMG I feel so much better!

started April 3 2024 at 230. im at 155 now with another 20 to go but honestly i feel so much better than before. been staying at 1mg for the last four months

I'm in the same boat with a bunch of stuff. Been diagnosed with hEDS, pots, and I'm HLA B27 positive which comes with a ton of pain. My rheumatologist wouldn't look into testing so I'm doing my own digging. Not all the answers yet but things are improving.

Had bad gag reflex issues after starting—way more sensitive now. It's never been enough to quit but def had to be careful at work. 13 months in and finally weaning off after hitting my goal.

That kind of accumulated suffering - chronic condition after chronic condition compounding over a year - and then turning a corner this noticeably is not nothing. When people say these medications 'changed their life' this is exactly what they mean. The systemic inflammation reduction that often comes with significant weight loss also helps conditions that most people don't think to connect. So glad you're on the other side of that stretch.

The kid-weight comparison is one of the best ways to make a number real. 95 lbs is abstract until you lift something that heavy and realize you were carrying it through every day. That physical reference sticks.

The visible age shift after significant health improvement is real. Looking years younger is not an exaggeration.

Celiac and hemochromatosis alongside everything else - that progress is genuinely hard-won. Getting multiple conditions moving at once is a big deal.

Celiac plus hemochromatosis plus PCOS is a heavy load, and GLP-1 support changes the equation. High fiber with the GLP-1 suppression is the right combination for that baseline.

Having a hydration goal with something that makes the water taste better is the practical solution for people who struggle to drink enough - the flavor difference matters more than it sounds for consistently hitting the target.
