OMG - I hit goal!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
nice and steady is exactly the right approach for a 60 lb journey that includes multiple plateaus and still landing at goal weight. the workout and protein question is the right next thing to think about when the next goal is still 10 lbs out. what does your current routine look like and how does appetite feel at the dose you're on?

Oh we really do have the same stats! Stalls in those exact spots feel so personal but seeing you push through them is really encouraging. What dose are you at now?

Wow, seriously appreciate this! Just look at everything you've accomplished! Real proof that persistence and staying patient pays off. My target's also 130, and your advice means a lot. Honestly at the point of wanting to toss the scale out the window lol, but I'll keep pushing through. You're absolutely right, even when the number doesn't budge much lately, my shape's clearly different. Went from a 22/24 down to a 14, and jokingly pulled on an old pair of sleep pants the other day only to discover they fit! A medium... can't remember the last time that happened lol. Definitely noticing changes, small victories here and there, so something's still shifting.
Were you running 12.5 or 15 during that rough stall between 180-170? Thinking I might need to bump to 15, stay hydrated, and just be patient. Your reply's been wonderful, honest, and uplifting, and I'm so thankful for it. Rebuilt my trust in both the medication and this whole process. So many wonderful people in this community, a handful who pile on when you're struggling, but mostly supportive, and some just radiate extra warmth throughout the journey, you're clearly one of those! Thank you, truly!

Genuinely great work here!

After losing a substantial percentage of starting weight and hitting goal, it wasn't obvious that new shirts were needed until someone pointed out how much extra fabric was hanging off everything.

Seeing yourself daily makes the changes harder to notice in real time.

What actually stood out: no longer feeling awful after a big second or third helping of pasta, no more crashing hard in the afternoon after eating, and walking got noticeably easier.

Eventually the shift became genuinely obvious, mostly from pulling up old photos, the very ones that had sparked the decision to try this to begin with!

Could be worth grabbing a tape measure for tracking too.

But honestly, just stay consistent, that new version of yourself is on the way out.

A hundred pounds isn't a small deal, that's essentially an entire additional person's worth of weight now gone. Just what happened to your face is dramatic on its own, your jawline is actually visible now. That photo from the holidays looks like a totally different person compared to the one from your bathroom mirror. A friend of mine went through semaglutide last year and told me the first fifty pounds are the toughest mentally since it doesn't show yet, but once your face and clothes start reflecting it, momentum takes over. Setting goals is great, but coordinate with your doctor on the right time to taper, that matters more than rushing the finish. Keep at it, the next 120 will feel different now that you've figured out what actually works for your body.
