I'M CELEBRATING, Y'ALL!! I started on generic semaglutide around Labor Day last year, and after 10 months, I'm finally under 200 pounds!! Progress has been a little slow and steady for me. But I'm super happy because I started running a month or so ago and I'm loving it, which has helped a lot with weight loss. Goal weight is still a long way off, but I'm so proud of myself for how far I've come.

Starting weight: 235 lbs
Current weight: 198.7 lbs
Goal weight: 110 lbs (I'm 5'1")

YESSSS!!! Amazing job!!

I'm hoping to be able to post my own celebration in a few weeks! I haven't been under 200lbs in a decade, maybe longer!

Congratulations!!!!! You have officially entered ONEderland.... I'm about 15 lbs behind you at the moment! I hope to see you soon! Woot woot!!!

It's an amazing feeling, right?

I'm currently at 190.7 lbs. When I broke through into the 100s, I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me! I double-checked the scale to make sure it wasn't broken.

For anyone getting close, don't forget to celebrate the smaller milestones too! I know it sounds corny, but it really does help stay motivated. I treated myself to a new workout outfit when I got down 15 pounds.

It's not just about the weight loss, it's about the improved health parameters, too, right? Less diet stress, more energy for exercising...
