Might help pain, skin firmness maybe. Stopped everything for a medical thing and within days knees screamed—pain went from 2 up to 6 or 7. Took KLOW anyway without telling my doc and next day back down to 2. Not gone but livable.
 
Similar NSV here. With a wedding coming up I bought five dresses online in size 14 or XL, 4 were too big and one fit beautifully. Dress shopping is normally a chore for me since finding something I love in my size was a struggle. Can't wait for smaller sizes and more choices :)
