Still got ways to go, but I'm getting there. It's tough showing my before pics. With the RA, the blues, nervousness, and other stuff, I was the biggest I've ever been. I'm already feeling so much better!

Hey Lazy_Loss, don't sweat the 'before' picture. We're all at different points in our journeys. And you're crushing it! Go splurge on a new outfit – you'll be surprised how great you look in clothes that actually fit! 👍

You look fantastic! That new look brings out your face and those big blues of yours.

I agree with CellSet about grabbing a new outfit. Clothes that are too big look just as bad as clothes that are too tight. If you hadn't pulled your baggy shirt out in that last pic, we wouldn't have seen how much you've shrunk in the After pics.

Don't be afraid to try sizes you think are too small. And aim for a more fitted style from now on. Thanks for posting!

Wow, your face is really different in the second pic! And your clothes are practically falling off! Would you mind sharing your starting weight versus your current one? What's your diet like? I'm hoping I can get results like that.

You were pretty before, and you're pretty now. Congrats on all your efforts towards a healthier you!

Sure! I started around 250, and I'm hovering around 215 these days. As for diet, I'm focusing on whole foods, more protein, and less processed stuff. It's a marathon, not a sprint!

I have RA too. It really is the worst, isn't it?

It absolutely is. But I've noticed my knee pain's been like 80% better since starting the meds. Didn't expect that, but it's a welcome surprise! Maybe the inflammation is going down?

I agree with CellSet, don't focus on the negative comments you might get posting progress pics. Most people are supportive. Let their negativity roll right off you! Your pics are inspiring!
