One Year Can Change Everything!

Wow, what a difference just 365 days makes!

About 6 months in, and down over 35 lbs.

My body just feels better, less achy. Brain fog has lifted a bit, and my doc thinks my hormone issues are improving.

I'm just trying to hit around 110-120g protein daily, and I'm doing HIIT workouts maybe 4 times a week, plus keeping up with my two young kids.

Aiming to drop another 15-20 pounds or so.
 
How long did it take you to make these changes? What kind of workouts and meal plan did you follow?
 
I saw someone else post about losing a TON of weight... like going from a size 24 to a size 6! It's so inspiring to see these transformations! Keep up the awesome work, everyone!
 
Thanks again, everyone! To answer a couple of questions:

For Old_Great, my cycles have been more regular, and the acne has really cleared up. Also, less hair loss than before.

size-me-down, yes, I am on ADHD meds, but I've been on them for years. Talk to your doctor about your concerns!
 
Someone posted a before/after where they lost around 130lbs. It's like they became a completely different person! So motivating!
