One year down, feeling good!

It's been a year today since I started this journey. I've been hitting the gym for about 16 weeks, and while the weight's coming off a bit slower now (around half a pound each week), my clothes are definitely fitting better, especially in the shoulders. I'm curious to see what the next year brings!

Wow! How old are you? I'm asking because I look a lot like your before pic, and I'm worried about having saggy skin after I lose the weight :(

Congratulations! How tall are you? My nephew shed some pounds after approximately 4 months. He started around the same weight you're at currently.

I'm finding that exercise has ramped up the impact of the medication SO much! Anyone else suddenly have a renewed love for working out with this med?
I try to work out most days, it's important to me for clarity. Usually 30-45 mins on the stationary bike and then some weight training. I don't have a set routine and never have, I just do what feels right.

I wish I had the energy to workout. I'm like, 2 months in and the nausea is killing me. I've tried everything. I might have to quit because I can't even enjoy my hobbies.

Brook I understand that! I had some nausea at first, but it eventually subsided. Maybe talk to your doctor about adjusting your dosage or trying a different GLP-1?
