That's unreal. What was your body fat % before and after? I went from 220 to 180 and my app says I went from 40% to 25% body fat, so you must have even better results.
Hey @PeptidePals, I'm mostly focusing on lean proteins and lots of veggies. I'm trying to keep the carbs low without going crazy. And I'm walking every day, trying to get in at least 30 minutes.
Great job! Don't get discouraged if the scale doesn't always move as fast as you want. Focus on how you feel and how your clothes fit. Sometimes, you're losing fat but also gaining muscle, so the scale might not reflect the change accurately.
