Lots of questions! We focused on portion control and tried to make healthier choices overall. Reduced processed foods and sugar. But we aren't perfect! It's about progress, not perfection.

It's inspiring to see such consistent progress. I need to remember that it's okay if it takes time. I saw someone on Reddit say they lost 100 pounds after 17 months. That's a great reminder that everyone's journey is different.
