Seeing others share, thought I'd chime in too! I'm a 38yo female, 5'4". Started at 244.5, now I'm down to 189 lbs. Began this journey Nov 23rd '24. Lost over 55! These meds are truly changing things, one of my better moves.

Big thanks for the post, Mike_79. A quick reminder: we only allow discussion on FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, and NO selling or offering meds whatsoever. If you receive a PM offering meds, please ignore it as it's not endorsed here. For newbies, check out the FAQ. Keep the chat going!

One year and 50+ lbs gone is outstanding! You look much happier in the photos. Mind if I share this on the community? It's a place for progress pics and seeing these updates really gets people going. Or, feel free to post it there yourself!

Incredible! You look fantastic! We're pretty similar in size, but I only started the full dose this week. Hoping for similar results.

I've dropped 45 pounds since August. Went from 210 to 165. BMI went from 29.6 to 23. Started on the usual dose, but the weight came off so fast, I lowered it. Now I'm taking 0.33mg. Next time 0.25mg.

Good luck! Everyone's journey is different but consistency is key. I had some stalls along the way, just stuck to it!

cagrilintide degrades much faster at ph 7.4 - around 45% breakdown in 10 days vs almost nothing for newer versions. researchers are building better amylin analogs like compound c with way better stability at that ph, could pair with glp-1 drugs eventually.
