I was hesitant for a while. My provider just told me to focus on the first couple of doses, not the entire process. That helped a lot.

That's incredible! It's amazing how much these meds can help. Did you experience any side effects along the way?

I ended up staying at 2.0mg. It seemed to be the sweet spot for me!

I'm coming up on my one-year anniversary soon as well. It's pretty wild how quickly the time has passed. I'm down from 285 to almost 200! I can't believe I'm almost in onederland! I've been traveling a bunch and still making progress!
