Awesome! I try to think of weight loss in terms of gallons of fat. A gallon is about 7.4 lbs. Seems like you've lost almost 6 gallons! Hard to miss that change.

It's amazing how even a 'small' loss can show up so much. I'm down about 10-12 lbs myself and I've noticed a difference in my face already!
