One year on, holy cow!

Started my first dose Nov 1st, 2024, and I've gone from 329 to 223lbs! That's 106lbs gone. Still got another 60lbs or so to go, but I'm seriously happy with how far I've come. Currently taking 13.5mg.

I really enjoy seeing these before and after pics. You really do look like a totally different person. It's not just the weight loss... you have a spark, an energy in your eyes that wasn't there before. Even without a big smile, there's a smile in your eyes. Congrats on your progress. (Also, our starting points are super similar! I started around 329 lbs on 11/10/2024, and now down to around 223 lbs too! Currently on 12.5mg of that Zep stuff.)

I've only been on my medication for a little over a month, and I've already dropped about twelve pounds. Crazy! My sleep is also much improved. It's a total win!
