One year on MJ!

Hey PepClean, that's a great question about loose skin. I've read that strength training can help minimize it as you lose weight. Are you incorporating any weightlifting into your routine?
 
I can totally relate to not seeing the progress sometimes, even when the scale says otherwise. I've dropped around 55lbs since starting Mounjaro in June '25, but it's still hard to see a difference in the mirror. Clothes are a little looser, but still...

It's so true that we're our own worst critics! Try comparing photos from when you started. Sometimes a side-by-side comparison makes it easier to spot the changes. You've lost the weight of a small child basically! Keep going!
 
Thanks, everyone, for the kind words! PepClean, yes, I do have some loose skin, especially around my stomach. I'm looking into options for dealing with it, but honestly, I'm just so happy to be healthier now.
