One year on the 'Jaro!

A year makes such a huge difference! Almost at my happy weight. Feb 13, '25 - Feb 13, '26, went from 230 lbs to 150 lbs.

My life is completely different now. I can walk without a cane, I've lowered my pain meds, and I have tons more energy. Same watch in the photos – had to take out a couple of links because it was too big!

Thank you for sharing your experience! I'm having a difficult day with the, uh, digestive side effects, but I've managed to drop around 30 pounds. Seeing your progress helps me stay motivated. You look great in both pics!

That's amazing progress! I'm hoping for similar results. Just gotta trust the process, right?

Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and getting enough electrolytes, especially if you are experiencing those side effects. It can make a big difference.

every month during my period i gain 2 lbs no matter what. i'm hungrier that week and hold water like crazy. i just let my body do what it needs to. usually drops right back off after.
