I started getting nausea about 2 months in, sometimes it's bad enough I can't eat anything. The probiotic I use is just the basic one from CVS or whatever. Nothing fancy!

I've found the chewable ones work better for me, like the kind marketed for kids. They seem to absorb faster or something.

It's so inspiring to see these wins! I just broke into the 100s myself – finally under 200 pounds! I'm about 5 months in and the lack of food noise is the biggest benefit for me. It just makes everything easier.
