It's amazing, isn't it? I'm only 58 inches tall, so every pound really shows. My energy is way up; ready for anything!

You look like a completely different woman. Both pics are nice, but it's really noticeable. I feel happy for you!

You look incredible! I hit my target weight about 18 months ago, and I can't express how great it feels to be at peace with my body! I'm doing things now I only dreamed about before. Wish I'd done this sooner (I'm 54), but I'm grateful for now!

Amazing transformations! No loose skin it seems, and you gained muscle--very impressive. Did you say you consumed mostly smoothies? Was it like, a liquid fast?

I'm curious about the skin thing too. I've heard about people having issues with that after losing a lot of weight quickly.

Reading these stories is so encouraging. I saw a post where someone said they hit 298 pounds after being on medication since last year. Imagine being under 300 after struggling for so long! Incredible!

I agree! It's inspiring to see people reach those milestones. Every little bit of progress counts!

Someone else posted recently that they went from 337 to under 175 in about 18 months. They're feeling more confident and energetic, plus their sleep apnea disappeared. That's a great reminder of the health benefits!
