Only done Tirz, flirting with Sema and Reta for reduced sides?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Running tirz low and slow for going on eight months, and honestly not fully sold on how the side effects stack up against the actual benefits, wondering if a different compound in this class might suit me better. Anyone else dealt with rough sleep on tirz specifically, low deep sleep stages, low heart rate variability, elevated overnight pulse, and found better luck elsewhere? Or tried shopping around and landed back on tirz as genuinely the best fit? Considering trying sema for a month to see what happens, though I've heard it's weaker on inflammation, which is honestly the main reason I'm on this stuff, weight loss being a nice bonus. If that doesn't pan out, back to tirz baseline then giving reta a shot for a month, though given my hrv and heart rate issues already I doubt I'll tolerate it well. Open to any other option in this class too if there's something gentler on sleep out there. Appreciate any wisdom or experience, thanks!

Currently at 6mg reta, six months in, about 10 pounds from goal. Planning to switch things up toward tirz once maintenance starts. Hoping to move away from the elevated heart rate and lower HRV reta's brought on, since maintenance feels like it'll be a long-term commitment. Also figure the lower dose needed on tirz would still give useful appetite control as a bonus.

Dealt with insomnia for roughly three years. Take magnesium glycinate plus half a trazodone before bed, but something clicked once landing on the right reta amount. Had been on tirz a while, titrating gradually, and once I hit roughly 8mg, deep sleep came back out of nowhere. Genuinely felt like a different person.

Sema's better for the food noise, tirz wins on side effects. Sema was easier on my BP too. Sema quit doing its job for me around eighteen months in, tirz is still holding up.
