Oops, made a GLP-1 food mistake!

Started increases quick after my last dose when sides cleared. Day 21 I waited until 23 to dose again, then climbed slowly with rule of no more than 50% increase per week at low doses, 10% max once sides show.

When I started on tirz two years back, the thinking was low and slow to avoid loose skin and side effects. You bumped when your dose stopped working. Not sure why losing weight became a speed contest now.

some people get confused. there's not much difference between that and getting peptides. found suppliers by putting in a request and getting hit up by 20 dealers. surveyed every review everywhere, picked one, hit them on whatsapp to negotiate, and waited.

That's a really thoughtful take, especially the "new normal" for your dose part. And mad respect for losing it and keeping it off—that's incredible. What you said about still being hungry even when you're doing everything right gets underestimated. That's where it feels like more than just habits. Thanks for sharing all that.

Everyone's different, every week's different unless you're a robot. The effect tapers at the end of the cycle so time your dose day right. Don't eat too much or too little. Mix protein with carbs because sugar spikes matter. Exercise, hydration, sleep—all matter. Keep muscle by lifting.

stayed at 2.5 for 6 months, then moved to 5. been on the 5s for about 2 years on maintenance. never went higher. started at 230, got down to 118, now hanging around 130 because that fits my height better (5'6).

Week 2 is usually the roughest for GI stuff at each new dose level and it does settle. Force feeding light meals when you're not hungry is exactly the right approach - you need the protein and nutrients even if the appetite signal isn't there. What are you eating when you force yourself? Protein shakes helped me a lot in those first weeks.
