Oops! Mixed up my vials!

Label before you reconstitute, not after. A Brother or Niimbot label printer takes the guesswork out permanently. Script bottle storage works as an intermediary but the label is the real solution to the same-lid problem.
 
Three months in and finally starting to piece it together. Main reason I kept messing up the volumes was inconsistent vial sizes. Switched to proper standardized vials now and filter everything as a rule. Really trying to nail a consistent 2:1 dilution going forward.
 
Oh definitely! Literally this morning a friend sent me a photo of a vial asking what it was. No label at all, and she's a nurse! Grabbing a label maker right now.
 
Once tried labeling two separate kits at the same time and completely lost track of which was which. One held mots-c, the other semax, ended up mixing a vial from one and dosing it the next day. Turned out to be the semax. Only handle a single kit at once going forward, lesson learned.
 
That's a new one. Used to be a different size. Guessing they're letting the old stock clear out before pushing the new batch. Not really a fan of mixed colors in one roll either, might just be me, but I like keeping one batch matched up in a single color.
 
Do the exact same thing honestly. Only issue is when there's several vials sitting in the fridge together, the alcohol wipes end up smudging the marker labels right off.
