Oops! Mixed up my vials!

Major facepalm moment! I've got a bunch of vials -- some CJC, some BPC -- all with the same color lids. Postpartum brain fog hit hard, and I didn't label them. Now they're all jumbled. Any clever tricks to tell them apart without just stabbing myself and hoping for the best reaction? I'm kicking myself for not marking the dosages too, especially since I also have some Melanotan II lying around...

Echoing HealLean's point about color variance. Honestly, this sounds like a case where swallowing the cost and tossing everything might be the smartest move, safety-wise. Testing each vial would be expensive and still leave you with nothing but empty vials. Playing 'pin the tail on the mystery vial' isn't worth the potential risk.

If you got 'em from the same source, maybe you got stiffed? Every time I've gotten CJC it came in bigger vials. Like, 5ml at least. My BPC always comes in the tiny 2ml ones.

Reach out to the vendor, see if they have a secret code or something. Check the liquid levels in each vial - do some have less than others? If so, at least you can split them into groups. If they've been sitting for a minute, I'd ditch 'em. Or, mix them with some hyaluronic acid and slather it on your face. At least it's not a total waste. BPC might have gone bad, but CJC could have some effects on your skin.

I tag those suckers with a Sharpie as soon as they show up - "CJC5", "BPC2", etc. Right on the glass. I knew this would happen to me one day. I'm with Linda - probably best to just bin 'em.

I'm an old bird (75), and my memory is shot. Someone told me to get a Niimbot label printer. It's brilliant! I label everything the second it arrives. I wish I knew a good way to figure out your peps. Sorry, dear.

If one stings and gives you a reaction, and the concentration is the same for both, then maybe try a tiny dose of each, separately? Like, half the usual dose to see what happens. If one burns, you know which one is causing it. But think it through before you do anything stupid. I'm just brainstorming out loud.

That’s interesting. I only ordered CJC and BPC that one time, and I think I only ordered from that vendor once. I don’t recall who it was, and they might be MIA now. But when I used the CJC, I got the injection sides that everyone talks about, so it felt legit. Never used either long enough to see any real benefit.

This highlights the importance of safe handling and storage, especially with peptides. A recent article I read stressed the need for careful tracking in research settings, where similar mix-ups can invalidate experiments and lead to incorrect conclusions. It is always better to be safe than sorry and it is a good idea to start over if you are unsure what you have.

I was reading a Reddit thread about Ozempic, and someone mentioned getting energy dips because their calorie intake was too low. Maybe low energy isn't always from the meds themselves, but the diet?

I've found that proper sleep is vital for maintaining energy levels while using peptides. If I'm not sleeping well, the effects are minimal. Also, ensure you're eating enough protein to support your body's needs.

Doc suggested Mounjaro and I'm thinking about it but I gotta ask—serious hair loss? I've already got issues with it and I'm worried this'll make it way worse. Need to weigh being overweight versus losing my hair. What's the call?

Gentle pushback here. A lot of well-educated people can't maintain healthy eating habits even when they know better. These meds treat a real urge to eat too much, not something you can just learn out of. I take thyroid meds for life because I can't make the right hormone levels. Same thing with this—can't learn your way out of needing it.

took my body a while to adjust. first month i thought about quitting, zero energy. pushed through and fourth month now i feel way better. don't rush the dose bumps if you're struggling.

we're already splitting the 50mg to 25mg. looked it up and trazodone hits over 40% of people with next-day drowsiness. might split the 25 down to 12.5 and see how that goes.
