Figured I’d put the common questions in one spot for Phantom Peptides so nobody has to dig for them.
Where’s my order?
- You get a tracking number once your order processes. Orders placed before 2:30 Eastern time ship the same day. If you don’t see tracking, check spam first, then email us and we will look it up.
Who ships it?
- UPS is our main carrier. If an address is a PO box, we use USPS instead.
How long until you reply?
- Usually within 24 hours. Email is the best way to reach us: [email protected]
What if something arrives damaged or the wrong item shows up?
- Send us your order number and a photo of the package and the item. We handle it under our reship/refund policy.
What if it’s delayed in transit?
- Carriers slip sometimes. Message us and we will start a trace with UPS or USPS, whichever has your package.
