Gonna be outrageously expensive, I bet. My doctor wanted like $800 for a month of Ozempic before I started doing my own research. Hard pass on that!

Apparently Lilly's been prepped for a while for this launch, according to a report back in the winter. Pretty wild to see this stuff happening. I'm hoping they invest some of these profits into Alzheimer's research.

Totally agree! Some call Alzheimer’s Type 3 Diabetes, so fingers crossed that better blood sugar control will help prevent mental decline.

I'm more interested in the long-term pros and cons of these drugs. I saw a discussion where some docs were saying they're not just for casual weight loss, but for serious health issues. Makes sense, but still...
