OUCH! Injecting near bellybutton - anyone else?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
the right-versus-left thigh difference for food noise is one of those things that sounds placebo-level but comes up consistently enough to take seriously. the belly button area is a genuinely different experience - the proximity to gut innervation makes the local reaction more variable than thigh sites. keeping track of which site produces which response across a few cycles is the right way to settle it for yourself

The GI misery at 5 weeks at sub-lowest dose is frustrating and yes, some people are genuinely more sensitive than others at any dose. The first question is whether it's improving at all week over week - some people do habituate by weeks 8-10. If it's staying flat or getting worse, the 'few who don't tolerate it' category might apply and a different mechanism is worth trying.

My doctor told me a roughly five centimeter radius from the navel works fine, and stretch marks should be avoided entirely since they're essentially scar tissue that doesn't absorb medication well.

Happens to me constantly too, totally normal. I notice it a bit stronger on the right side near my navel compared to the left. Doesn't matter if you feel the sting or not, the dose still went in.
