Over halfway to goal weight!

defending my thumbs up - good info and i've seen folks do zero macros and no exercise thinking that's enough. doing something tons or long doesn't mean doing it right. prefer being fit but lean over just fat tbh.

No real health goals for me, just vanity honestly. I was over 300 and felt fine. My doctor doesn't seem to care what I weigh - he's cool about it. Asked ages ago if I'd keep taking them when I was already 50 down.

Awesome holding steady three months! Can't wait til I hit goal and loosen the deficit. Did you drop the dose over those months or stick at 15mg? Sounded like you might try that back in October.

using a compounded version and splitting my weekly dose into two smaller ones. was supposed to pin tonight but skipped it—lost the weight but it's been brutal. thinking about switching to the brand name to see if that's smoother or if they're all like this.

lost 107 lbs since mounjaro, stuck at 15mg for almost a year now. asked doc to drop to 12.5 cause nothing's coming off and she just said 'ok' with zero follow-up. anyone else lower dose and start losing again?

for musculoskeletal: loading 2.5mg 2x/wk for 4-6 weeks, then 2-2.5mg 1x/wk. 4mg 2x/wk is too high—that's even more than cardiac intensive care dosing. TB-500 is tiny, better distribution to injured tissue.

the fatigue hit me too and it's still here. you're not a bad mom for struggling — your body's carrying a lot while you're trying to take care of yourself. losing weight is actually gaining health for your whole family, even if this stretch feels heavy.

Try dropping to 1300–1400 calories. TDEE can be off and you might be eating at maintenance. Creatine makes muscles hold water so don't expect scale movement if you're not lifting heavy. Water weight's real.
