Overall drop in quality? / Anyone else noticing a major quality drop lately?

Quick bit of background, after dealing with some health complications I recently restarted tirz, and just ordered elora on top, since managing food noise without this medication class simply isn't realistic for me anymore and I feel off without it. Bigger concern lately is the exhaustion and flatness, feels like it's sapping the joy out of everything. Random aside really, not important to the actual question, ha. What I'm genuinely curious about, how many people here feel like overall product quality has taken a real nosedive recently? Not talking the occasional off batch, more that garbage showing up feels like the new normal at this point.

Honestly it's like anything unfamiliar, at first you genuinely have no clue whose word to take or which direction to go. Money isn't really the issue for me, it's more that feeling of having been taken advantage of. Still waiting on one particular vial, currently a week into quality testing on it. Stepping back though, this wouldn't be the first time something like this has happened in this whole unregulated space.

When you mention getting back on tirz, that implies there was a gap where you weren't using it. Switching between these medications, or stopping and restarting, is known to mess with how your body responds. That's basically why cycling on and off isn't really a recommended approach. Sounds more like you're just experiencing the normal outcome anyone would get using it the way you have been. How it's being used is probably the bigger factor at play, not the peptide quality itself.
