I'm currently at 260 (started around 290) and also trying to lose about 70lbs before I can schedule surgery (endometriosis).

I'm down 35lbs this year with sema! My A1C is way down too. It was around 6, now it's 5.3!

Saw someone say they went from 220 to 150 in a year, then stacked sema and tirz. Is that even safe/effective? I thought it was one or the other.
