Ozempic and face changes?

Looking at the photos, it seems like some facial swelling has gone down too, which is something I'd love to see. My nose never went back to its size pre-pregnancy, and I'm really hoping semaglutide can help with that.

Oh wow, I never thought of that! I have noticed my rings fit better, so maybe it DOES reduce swelling.

I started sema last week. I want to lose around 35 pounds before my family vacation. I was wondering, do you guys follow any specific meal plans, or just try to eat less of whatever you normally eat?

I'm just trying to eat smaller portions for now. I figure I can get more strict later if I need to.

Surprised to see this comment getting downvoted so much... guess people don't want to accept that this facial-aging effect might have some truth to it.

There's emerging evidence suggesting this medication class could speed up facial aging through its impact on skin cells and fat-derived stem cells. Specifically, it may interfere with the body's ability to regenerate collagen and elastin. Nothing definitive yet, but plenty of active research looking into how this drug affects skin.

So your instinct might genuinely be onto something regarding the difference between your response back then versus now.
