Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed their butt shrinking? I've been on this for about 12 weeks, and my rear end is getting flatter by the day. My weight loss is pretty gradual, but still... any advice from those who are further along? Will more glute exercises help bring it back, even a little? I know it won't be the same, but please help!

Not a lady myself, but yep, my butt was the first to go. I'm afraid my stomach will be the last thing to leave my body. Hitting legs three times a week is probably the only way to get it back.

I never really had one to begin with, and what little I had is long gone. I work out twice a day, every day, and it hasn't come back. Maybe look into a BBL?

I've lost about 55 pounds. My body looks like a deflated balloon. Excess skin everywhere, and my once-round butt is now completely flat. Ugh.

I'm a guy, and I lost so much padding back there that sitting at my desk started irritating my... well, you get the idea. I think glute exercises are the way to go to rebuild some cushion.

I'm thinking about skin removal surgery because of all this loose skin. Has anyone had that done after losing a lot of weight on these meds?
I've heard the emotional impact after skin removal can be intense. It's something to prepare for mentally as well as physically.

Wow, reading all this is both encouraging and a little scary! I'm down about 30 lbs, and my A1C is so much better. Maybe losing the butt is worth it?
