Ozempic and the disappearing 🍑

Started Ozempic around mid-September of last year. Dropped 64 pounds so far, and I'm on 1mg. I try to hit the gym about 3-4 times weekly. I've definitely noticed my rear isn't as prominent anymore. Brain isn't working, thought it was still early Sept lol
 
That's something I wasn't thrilled about during my experience with Ozempic – the butt disappearing act. I need to incorporate more hip thrusts and squats into my routine. Congrats on your progress!
 
You look amazing, but it's kind of discouraging to hear that even with consistent strength training, you still lost your butt 😢
 
Congrats! What do you weigh now, and did you keep track of your calories? Roughly how many calories were you eating per day?

Did you notice any loose skin, Robin16?
 
Not really loose skin per se, Wes1981, but things are definitely...softer. That's why I'm focusing on building muscle. It's more about reshaping than tightening skin in my case.
