Ozempic - anyone else blindsided?!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Dealt with this exact thing myself, had to shift toward eating earlier to work around it. Feels like once it hits past 8pm, my body refuses anything without triggering nausea or sudden distaste for whatever I wanted just minutes before.

Appetite suppression still holds up fairly well for me, but now that it's been brought up, I have noticed waking up still burping up food from twelve hours earlier, something that never happened before starting this regimen.

The drop in food noise caught me completely off guard, biggest surprise honestly. Drink way more water than feels necessary, really useful for getting through that initial nausea window.

Suppression kicked in for me the following day, didn't even clock that lunch got skipped entirely. Watch out for constipation though, that one crept up without warning.

What exactly were you eating on that plan? Worried you might be missing key nutrients without any vegetables in the mix?

Also, your comment sent me spiraling and I ended up asking an AI chatbot whether pushing vegetables is some kind of scheme by big agriculture (swapping in farmers for the usual pharma joke, I crack myself up) I was genuinely losing it for a minute there
