I'm down about 85 pounds myself now, and it's wild how much better I feel. I used to get winded walking up one flight of stairs. Now I can handle three without a problem!

Congrats HeartSquad! That's awesome progress. I've lost a good amount too, but I'm trying to focus on strength training to avoid the dreaded 'pancake boob' effect someone mentioned on Reddit. LOL. Anyone else experience that?

Thanks for the concern, but my doctor is monitoring everything. The kid just exaggerates my tiny frame for artistic effect! I feel fantastic!

That's the best part, isn't it? The health improvements are worth more than fitting into smaller clothes. Keep up the great work!
