Welcome to the semaglutide forum! Just a friendly reminder: talking about unapproved versions or trying to buy/sell meds here isn't allowed. If someone messages you offering, please ignore them. They aren't part of our group. New to this? Check out the FAQ: This is just to help, not to stop chatting. Thanks!

That's fantastic! I tend to put on a lot of weight when I'm pregnant. It was easier to lose after my first two, but the third was a struggle. Pregnancy really does a number on our bodies.

Losing baby weight is a whole different emotional experience. It's so important to remember that rediscovering yourself after having a baby is a victory, no matter what the scale says. It's about more than just pounds.

Great attitude, and congrats! I went through the same thing a long time ago and managed to lose the weight each time. But now that I'm older, it's become much more difficult. These medications have been a game-changer for me. Enjoy your baby – there's nothing quite like it!

Can we spell out PPD and PPA the first time we use them? I realize this isn't a classroom, but it helps to define acronyms before using them.

Could you tell me which semaglutide you were using, and what your diet and workout routine was? Thanks!
I'm curious about the same thing! I've been on a similar journey and always looking for new ideas.

drug levels don't fall linear. working it out in your head is almost impossible. i drew graphs by hand before i found this forum. someone already solved it here. glp1plotter makes way more sense than my rusty math.

The mod note framing applies more broadly than this forum - sharing screenshots of conversations from group chats or direct messages is a consent question regardless of platform. People in private or semi-private contexts write differently than they would on a public forum, and the decision about where their words appear should be theirs. Worth internalizing as a general principle rather than a rule specific to any platform

the community resources for compound testing are distributed across threads rather than centralized - asking in relevant topic threads is how most people find active test arrangements, and the thread history in the testing category is usually where the most active groups announce participation windows. Italy-specific resources are thinner but the international testing community crosses those lines fairly regularly on the major platforms
