Wow, that's terrific! I'm hoping to shed about 25lbs to reach my goal weight. I've been on this journey for a month and lost around 5lbs. I'd love to lose it in 3 months like you did, but I'm pleased with my progress so far.

I'm following a keto diet in addition to the semaglutide. It really helps control the cravings and keeps me on track.
 
I'm about a month away from being on it for a year, and it's been quite a ride. Lost around 100 pounds. It's nice to be able to move around easier!
