Wegovy, also known as ozempic.

Went from 0.25mg to 1.7mg over 4 months, eating just one meal a day, around 1000 calories. Didn't see this coming. Started at 120kg (about 264lbs) and now I'm 82kg (180lbs) - crazy! Just maybe another month or two left; the goal is 76kg (around 167lbs).

My brother's doing one meal a day too, and I'm concerned he's not getting enough nutrients. Seems like it'd be hard to absorb everything you need from just one meal.

Awesome job! Keep up the great progress.

I've been doing one meal a day on Zepbound for 4 months and I've lost about 55lbs. 30 more to go for me!

I'm trying this too (with zepbound/tirzepetide) and I hope I get similar results! Congrats!!!!!

1000 is definitely not enough for a dude. You don't want to mess up your health. I try to stay around 1500 most days. Sometimes I dip to 1200, but never lower than that. If you understand Macros, 1500 on a 3000 TDEE is plenty

Yeah, Ozempic was supposed to help me stop overeating, but honestly, I've just been undereating instead. I might have a bagel in the morning and some chicken for dinner, and a bunch of coffees during the day. And I'm still weight training 3x a week and running 2x a week. I know it's not sustainable, lol.

What's everyone eating? My go-to is an iced protein coffee in the morning with protein powder, protein milk, and cold brew. Sometimes I add flax or hemp hearts. For lunch, it's usually fruit, nuts, cheese, or a protein bar. Dinner is meat or beans with veggies. My appetite is low, so I focus on protein and fiber.

I've had to change how I eat since starting Ozempic. My body won't tolerate junk food anymore. I focus on lean proteins and vegetables. Every now and then I'll have small portions of potatoes, pasta, or rice because I crave them. But I pretty much avoid bread at home.
