That's awesome progress, congrats on sticking with it. Fair point too - lots of people blame the med for stuff that's actually diet or lifestyle, so take the noise with a grain of salt.

nice progress, keep it up and don't trust everything you read. some folks blame everything on ozempic but that's not real.

it's called anhedonia—loss of enjoyment. glp-1s act on reward pathways in your brain, which is why some folks feel it. watched medical videos before i started cause i wanted to know what i was getting into. alcohol cravings way down and honestly my boyfriend seems less annoying now lol.
