Ozempic face changes!

The side effects settling down at the few months mark and calorie tracking clicking into place together is a really good spot to be in. The constant stomach ache going away while the appetite control stays is the combination people are hoping for.
 
Gorgeous in both pics honestly! For what it's worth, I'm 32 pounds down over eight months on a low dose and I'm fully embracing my own version of that face change, no more roundness! That said, plenty of different builds and facial structures genuinely appeal to me.

Side effects typically ease up within a couple weeks at most. Worth asking your doctor about pushing back the next dose increase if your body seems to need extra adjustment time. Everybody responds to these medications differently.

Everyone's timeline looks different too, but here's mine for reference. Began around 200lbs and I'm roughly five months into Ozempic now. Weight loss became noticeable after month one or two, adding up to over ten pounds so far. (Can't say the exact figure since I don't own a scale, disordered eating history, you get it.) Worth noting I'm not just chasing weight loss with Ozempic, it's also for blood sugar and metabolic reasons, so I've been titrating up far slower than the typical weight-loss protocol. Getting in enough calories has also been a struggle given how little appetite Ozempic leaves me. Protein shakes ended up becoming my main nutrition source since liquids go down way easier than solids, where a handful of bites leaves me painfully full. Annoyingly my clothes fit about the same as before. I
