Ozempic face gains!

So, I started on Ozempic about a year and a half ago, and I stumbled across some old workout clothes I got back in '21. I remember being so down on myself back then. Tried them on today, and wow! The difference is kinda mind-blowing.

That's awesome! You've had great results. A word of caution though: consider adding some squats and lunges to your routine. GLP-1s can reduce muscle mass in your glutes and legs, which becomes more important as you age.

That outfit is really cute! What brand is it?? Also, did you change your diet or macros, or is this just from the Ozempic?

That's awesome! It's so easy to forget how far you've come. Sometimes I still see myself as the 'before' picture. I heard taking tons of photos of yourself helps your brain catch up with the new you.

That's a real thing. It takes time for your brain to adjust. Keep buying smaller clothes – it helps!

I'm on week 7 and don't feel anything! This is discouraging. I'm eating out of boredom, and my clothes are tighter. When did you see changes, Macro-Clean?

Honestly, I didn't notice a HUGE difference right away. It was gradual. Maybe after 2-3 months it really clicked. Don't give up!

I agree with Pin_Taco about the strength training. Semaglutide can lead to muscle loss, so lifting weights is important to maintain your muscle mass and bone density.

my 46 yr old bf's been on ozempic 4 months at .5mg, has t2d & diarrhea the whole time. doc says it's normal & to drink tons of water & electrolytes. if it keeps going he should check back with doc.

These meds are long-term, not short-term fixes. Nearly everyone stops, gains it back. Want to keep it off? You'll stay on some dose probably forever. Lost 47kg total, been at goal for a year on low sema dose, adjusting as needed.
