Ozempic Face: Worth it?

Honestly, the whole "ozempic face" thing just feels like another way to shame people for daring to change their bodies. It's like, suddenly everyone's a dermatologist.

You look great! But let's be real, "ozempic face" is a thing. It's more common as we get older, especially post-menopause. When you lose weight, you can get extra skin that filler won't fix. Sometimes a surgical lift is the only option.

I saw a post elsewhere where a doctor noted the patient "appears older than her biological age" multiple times in their notes after weight loss on a GLP-1. It's interesting how medical professionals are observing these changes.

I'd take loose skin over being unhealthy any day of the week. I've lost around 80 pounds and yeah, things are... different. But I feel so much better!

Exactly!

I agree with @ProteinPioneer. It's important for patients to be aware of potential side effects, including changes in facial appearance, as part of the informed consent process.

Your skin's still bouncing back at that age, which is a huge advantage. A lot of people don't get lucky that way and end up with some loose skin. You did great.

Congrats on the transformation! You look noticeably younger. Some of us are reversing the aging process instead of getting the expected face changes.
