Ozempic Gave Me a Second Chance!

I began my Ozempic adventure in May of last year. I decided to take the plunge and haven't looked back. It's the choices we *don't* make that haunt us, right? What's happened since is more than just weight loss; it's a total transformation. I feel like a different person, but I appreciate both versions of myself. This medication has quieted the constant food cravings, allowing me to see what I can truly accomplish when those thoughts aren't so loud. Started at 308 pounds, now I'm down to 136, aiming for 125. I'm 5'2" and 24 years old. Also, I was lucky enough to get a tummy tuck to remove a bunch of excess skin.

Amazing accomplishment!! "Without her trying one last time..." really hit home. I'm twice your age, and this is my last shot too. I'm hoping to reveal a new me also on this journey. You're a total inspiration ✨

Congrats on the transformation!!! I've been on Ozempic for a couple of years and lost about 45 pounds. I've reached a weight I never thought possible... I wish I could get my tummy, arms, and legs done, but I'm still SO happy! Best of luck!

Looking decent for normal bmi range now, though plenty more to drop. Cholesterol numbers shifted and waist circumference improved, but not where I'd prefer.

I love seeing these progress stories! It's not just about the numbers, but about the confidence that comes with feeling healthier and happier. Remember, anyone who tries to diminish your success because of the method you chose is just projecting their own insecurities.

Slow and steady wins the race! I'm taking that approach. I'm not in a rush to lose a bunch of weight super fast. I'm aiming for lasting lifestyle changes. Anyone else?
