Ozempic Journey - Body Image Issues?

It's wild. I still need to drop about 55 pounds before my BMI isn't considered obese. I'm pretty sure I've got body dysmorphia. I started on semaglutide back in March and I'm down around 65 pounds.

Wow! That's an incredible transformation in under a year. If you're comfortable sharing, what was your starting weight and what is it now?

You look great! I also struggle with body dysmorphia. I've lost almost 70 pounds, but I still have another 35 or so to go to just be in the overweight category.

Holy moly, that's incredible! You look amazing! How did you get such amazing results in just nine months? Did you drink tons of water, work out, or make major changes to your diet (beyond just calorie reduction)? So many people are seeing great results, and I'm hoping to lose at least 50 more pounds by my sema-versary. I'm down 36 so far; gotta lose another 20 before mid-April!

This is amazing. I'm stuck at a plateau right now, so seeing progress like this really inspires me to keep going.

That's amazing progress, PinLady! I saw someone else mention they finally broke through to below 100kg (220lbs). Such a huge milestone!
Thanks! I can relate to that milestone feeling. Used to be the chubby kid, then got in shape, and COVID kinda wrecked it... so happy to be getting back on track.
